complex requirement in a very simple, user friendly front end web based solution.
Redkite Systems have managed a depth of understanding for Fire & Rescue Authorities and how they work. 
The project will deliver an IPDS electronic solution that will complement the Workforce Development Programme comprising of:
A means of station-based data entry that will replace on station paper recording systems for training and competencies, but will also allow for centrally-based data entry (e.g. by Training Dept)
A more effective means of data entry which will provide for multiple updates to various training records from single entry input
A secure administration process that will enable management a view of personnel records
A method of providing on screen queries which are appropriate to the status of the viewer.
A method of providing hard copy reports that will provide local and central management reports.
