Redkite Asset Management System - Mew Look and Feel |
Easy access to information
When a user logs on to the Redkite AMS, the initial dashboard provides an instant picture of what needs to be done – and it will only show information relevant to them, filtered by location and proficiency.
From the dashboard, in just three clicks, the user can drill down to find out all the information needed. Quick simple and efficient.
Accessed via a web browser, the system can be accessed from any device.
The Redkite AMS provides information at multiple levels:
- For users carrying out PM and other activities, the Redkite AMS delivers real-time work sheets and information directly to the user’s point of work whether using a tablet or smart phone for manual entry or a bar code / RFID reader.
Line managers can see an ‘up-to-the-minute’ overview of the location and status of assets under their control.
Senior management see an up-to the minute’ centralised overview of the status of assets, plus budget reports showing what needs replacing in any given period and how much it will cost.
External contractors and, for example, insurance companies, can produce and view work lists for any period in the future and can update asset records when activities have been completed.
Workshops and repair teams receive instant notification, by email, of any faults reported and in just one click can access an automatically generated work sheet showing details of the fault.
Operational assurance teams can quickly establish compliance with any internal or external standards.
In addition, with a menu of over 50 standard reports, including budget, you with whatever information you need.
